This CHAMP module on Depression in Hospitalized Older Adult Patients teaches learners to recognize the importance of diagnosing depression; to recognize patients at risk; to screen for depression; and understand treatment options for depression in older adults.  Teaching materials include a slide presentation with speaker's notes, a variety of bedside teaching triggers, references and a sample session evaluation form.
